Kellie Martin is an American TV and film actress best known for her roles as Christy Huddleston in the period drama series 'Christy The 'Christy'' series, Rebecca Thatcher in the Family drama 'Life Goes on as well as Lucy Knight in the medical drama "ER". In addition, she is famous as the main character in the Hailey Dean Mystery. Martin is the daughter of a department-store purchaser and kindergarten teacher began her professional career as an actress at age seven, when her aunt, who was the nanny of Michael Landon's children assisted Martin land a role in 1981's series "Father Murphy".
